Prostate cancer — smarter screening
IsoPSA
Standard PSA testing flags risk but isn't very specific, which leads to unnecessary biopsies. IsoPSA is an advanced blood test that looks at the structure of PSA to better estimate the real risk of significant prostate cancer — helping us decide who genuinely needs a biopsy and who can safely avoid one. Pairs naturally with our least-invasive prostate cancer approach.
Bladder cancer — don't ignore blood in the urine
Automated urinalysis
Blood in the urine — even invisible, microscopic blood — can be the first and only sign of bladder cancer. Our automated, in-office urinalysis detects it reliably and immediately, so it's never missed or written off.
Urine cytology
When blood or risk factors are present, urine cytology examines the cells shed into the urine for the abnormal features of bladder cancer — a powerful, non-invasive way to catch it early, done right here.

What is IsoPSA?
IsoPSA is an advanced blood test for prostate cancer risk. Rather than just measuring PSA level, it looks at the structure of PSA to better estimate the risk of significant prostate cancer — helping decide who truly needs a biopsy and who can safely avoid one.
Why does blood in my urine matter?
Even invisible, microscopic blood in the urine can be the first and only warning sign of bladder cancer. Our in-office automated urinalysis detects it immediately so it's never missed — and we follow up appropriately when it's found.
What is urine cytology?
Urine cytology examines the cells shed into your urine for the abnormal features of bladder cancer. It's a non-invasive way to help catch bladder cancer early, and we perform it in-office when blood or risk factors are present.
Do I get results the same visit?
Much of this testing is done in-office, so you often get answers and a plan far faster than waiting on outside labs. We'll tell you exactly what each test shows and what the next step is.
Who should be screened?
Men with a rising PSA or prostate-cancer risk factors, and anyone with blood in the urine or bladder-cancer risk factors, should be evaluated. We tailor screening to your individual risk.
